Gave us exactly what we wanted, nice personable staff and boutique style accommodation in a lovely location.

It was all good.

Lovely period style hotel, beautiful setting. Rooms well decorated and very clean. Food in restaurant lovely and well presented. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Interesting quirky, Victorian but modern interior building, large rooms, comfortable bed. Has an electric car charger. Lovely quiet surroundings.

Room lighting was a bit low level, perhaps romantic. Could be a bit noisy when crowded.

Everything, food and service were very good. Loved the open fire in the sitting room

Although the heating was on and the radiator was hot, the room was miserably cold. Perhaps another radiator would be needed. Bathroom lovely and warm

We had a evening meal that was excellent.

Lack of hooks or towel rail in bathroom.Breakfast was very disappointing dried out bacon and black pudding inedible .Waitress said the bacon is meant to be crispy ....felt like it had been left under a hot plate and dried out.
