Great atmosphere and location. Most of the staff were friendly. Nice and clean, good breakfast.

None of the staff spoke English. Some didn't even try or want to understand. Wifi worked occasionally and was quite slow.

The main courtyard area and hallways are nice. It is not far to the main square. Breakfast was okay.

They added the city tax EXTRA to the final price on Booking. I had not seen this in any other Riad and not sure it is right. It was difficult to communicate with the host. Bed sheets were dirty and had large and very obvious stains. It is extremely difficult to find and when you do it is down a long a unsafe feeling alleyway.

Great hosts and great location with beautiful decorations. We got a large room and bed and it was perfect for us

Low water pressure

The accommodation is literally 5min from the square and souk, easily accessible and good location. The food was good and we were well taken care of by Emma and Rashida. Would highly recommend

A/c was not working, swimming pool was not cleaned

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the friendly staff! They made us traditional breakfast, which I really liked, and their envelope tagine dishes - Wow! The hostess was soooo kind!!! She helped my boyfriend to put on a turban and she even lent me her hijab for visiting the mosque because her colour fit better. We stayed out late the one evening so she even gave us a key (we didn’t want to wake her but she said it wouldn’t even have been a problem - soooo kind!) the rooftop pool was nice. We played some card games after dinner and we even made a new acquaintance with another guest. We really came into a holiday-mood cause we forgot which day it was and wanted to check out one day to early - fortunatly it wasn’t our last day - which made us really happy 😅

The bathtub was old and sometimes it smelled. Because of their delicious cooking and our room being so close to the kitchen it got really hot in our room.

The team was super nice and lovely. The breakfast was delicious

I found the food extremely good. My daughters would have stuggled with the evening as no choose just the chicken tagine however they were unwell so didnt eat. The two ladies were extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping me with our luggage to the taxi as my two daughters had a sickness bug

That drinks were only included with meals, this is therefore not all inclusive as specified on the booking information. Also the standard of the accomdation doesnt reflect the pictures still used on their marketing which gives your a disappointed feeling on arrival. There photoe need updating to current property standard or the property upgrading

My TV didn't work even after I. Reported the issue And the pool was tiny and didn't look clean.

The room was in super nice vibe. Shower was great. And breakfast was okay. AC works fine. Terrace was pretty nice.

Jakuzi wasn't working.
