"Good stay for the price"

Good stay but the beds were too hard and the "pool" had way too much clorine, staff was great and breakfast was nice. Quality price ratio was very good though

"Horrible"

I sincerely can’t say anything good about this property as I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. The only thing I could say is that the staff member did an extra effort to prepare breakfast a little earlier than their usual time for our flight.

First of all, this property is hidden around small streets and alleys. We literally had to pay a local to guide us to the Road as it was impossible with google maps. The moment we got into the Riad the receptionist asked us to pay for the stay in cash, which I was very confused as I paid everything through booking.com. I asked her if she knew for certain the payment was not taken, for her to say she did not even checked. Then she proceeded to say it was paid after 5 mins of waiting. Here she came again saying that we had to pay her cash for the property taxes, which I asked if it wasn’t taken from the whole payment as the rest of Riads we stayed. I agreed to pay her if she could provide a receipt for me which she refused and said it could not be done. Extremely dodgy!! She finally said she would take it from booking.com. We finally get to see the room and stinks like sewage. I asked to change our room which she said the Riad was full. At that point, I really wanted to leave and find another accommodation but it was late at night and we only had that night left in Marrakesh. We asked her to spray the room with air freshener and we had to deal with the smell as best as we could. A piece of my friend’s bed felt off and almost squashes her feet, not to mention my bedding was beyond disgusting. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!

"Incredible attention"

10.0

The attention of the girls was wonderful! Very warm and always well prepared! They are the best thing this riad has! The breakfast they prepared for us the next morning was incredible.

The water pressure in the shower was very low so the hot water was not enough

"Friendly and nice quiet place to stay"

9.0

The Riad is in a very quiet street but only minutes away rom the main square and you will not hear a sound in here. There is a very pleasant rooftop to watch the sun go down. The staff at the Riad are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful people you could meet and nothing is a problem, Miriam looked after us so well and her two colleagues who i didn’t get their names. Tea and biscuits on arrival and a beautiful breakfast each morning with omlettes, fuit coffee and breads, so nice - Thank You for looking after us so well. Our room was perfect for 3. Riad can arrange a taxi collection from the airport which is the same price as kiosk at airport. We will stay again.

It was hard to find the first day but then its fine - only minor. But you can ask young lads on street for a small well deserved fee of course. Go along Derb Debachi and you come to a row of fast food sellers on right frying up take away ... Go past that and the next alley on left (has a bit of an arch) turn left down that. The first right opposite an excursion company where you pass the bakery. Keep following that alleyway, keep going and you will eventually come to it on your left hand side (has number 21 on the door). Google maps will not be any good as the signal and map do not match up, but well worth it
