"Would stay again very charming "

Excellent and clean with minimal noise despite the construction. The tub was a little deep compared to the bathroom floor but otherwise it was all amazing. The communal areas were clean and the staff was very helpful in calling cabs and assisting the Uber eats guy with finding me lol. There is a bus stop right down the street that will take you into town.

Everything was perfect. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. We even got our laundry done. It was €15, but really fast and one less thing for us to worry about.

"Nice establishment and friendly service "

Our host Donald was very friendly and helpful. Room is a bit on the small side. I left my pair of newly purchased pants with them. Contacted them and confirmed It was found but I cannot get back to collect it since it’s a driving trip.

Staff were great and allowed us to drop off our luggage early so it was not in the car all day. Comfortable beds. Only disappointment was breakfast was not provided. Restaurants are within 10 minutes of walking.

"quiet location"

The Amber Heights guesthouse staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped, as were the dining area and tv/lounge room. The room was quiet. We were in walking distance from the beach and a grocery store. We also walked into town, although some may find it too far and might want a taxi. A slight negative was that the bathroom fan could have been stronger to deal with the amount of moisture after taking a shower.

Rooms are clean however they are not sound proofed. My room was on the main floor right next to the main entrance. It was disturbing especially when people would be going in and out of the facility. If you prefer to be in a quieter area, do not stay on the main floor. The rate for Saturday night was expensive, in my opinion, for an average B & B.
