The location was perfect. The whole experience would not have been the same without Veronica. She knows a great deal of everything, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Her recommendations for tours, restaurants among other things was just perfect. She should really be promoted to a managerial post rather than just being at the reception. The owner of this mansion has Veronica to thank for the good running of this place. Thank you again for this amazing experience

Lovely Boutique hotel in the centre of Cuenca. Within walking distance off many lovely sightseeing spots. Service was great and staff was so friendly. We had breakfast and parking included in our stay and this was a great perk. Over the weekend they have a lovely buffet breakfast. During the week it is a la cart that is not as wow as the buffet but still very good. The coffee was nice and strong and the ambience you can’t beat. Gardens are so welcoming. The products used in the rooms as shampoo and creams are l’occitane so really high quality. Make sure to spend some time in the common areas where you can enjoy the full beauty of this old historical house.
