Wat een prachtige locatie. Prachtige kamers vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Het eten was heerlijk ik kan maar 1 ding zeggen Chapeau Komen zeker nog terug.

"Charming period property close to quaint walled city."

This hotel had loads of charm. It is filled with antiques and has been decorated with period furniture to emulate the period of the building. It was a bit much but also charming with all of its Knick knacks. The rooms were impressive in their period furniture. Proper antiques. We loved the games room, though they could repair some of the items there as we did use them. They offered a wonderful vintage car rental programme for day trips. That was fantastic. Staff were great. Very accommodating. This is a wedding venue so be aware of that. They even had a little gym which was adequate.

The restaurant for dinner was a big disappointment. I would go out to eat in the town. If you don't like overly fussy decoration this is not for you as they have decorated everything in hyperdrive. We found it charming. The hotel is geared towards weddings so be aware that the hotel could be busy with an event. I wish they had nicer outdoor seating to have a place to sit and have a drink, they didn't have that. I hear that they are looking to put in a pool so maybe expansion is in the cards for the future.

We liked everything! This was such a romantic and special stay and we could not stop taking pictures. The food was amazing and every detail of this place was so interesting and special. I truly felt like a princess!

"A magical place to stay!"

This place was amazing! The food, the decor, the service, and staff were all top notch. It felt like stepping back in time and straight into a fairy tale. I highly recommend staying here.

The bed was really squeaky, but it wasn't enough to ruin my stay.
