Ho apprezzato la disponibilità del personale, la grandezza e maestosità della suite, i massaggi in camera, la comodità del letto matrimoniale, il bagno molto grande con tutti i servizi e in particolare la vasca idromassaggio, la privacy e intimità della camera, l' atmosfera cavalleresca. Mi è piaciuto anche poter visitare e contemplare le stanze arredate di stampo nobiliare. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato la colazione abbondante con molta disponibilità di frutta.

Non ho gradito la poca scelta che c'è per cenare al ristorante e non buono in questo caso il rapporto qualità prezzo.

The hotel is a literal museum with a collection of porcelain, armaments, and furniture everywhere. There are a small number of rooms but numerous common areas where our family was able to socialize, drink wine, and teach the grandchildren how to play pool.

Beautiful castle with attention to every detail, enriched by furniture, paintings, chandeliers and furnishings of all kinds of great value. Spacious suites ranging from romantic to medieval, we were in the beautiful Royal Francesco II. Breakfast is varied and tasty: we admired the precious cups. Excellent dinner in the welcoming All'Antica Ala restaurant. Excellent service, friendly and professional staff.

Beautiful place! A must visit at least once in your life! There was a very delicious breakfast, nice friendly staff. It was very interesting to walk around the castle and the territory! A beautiful room with lots of antiques that were interesting to look at.

Molto molto bello Personale molto cordiale La guida è stata molto brava a raccontarci la storia del castello. Soggiornare, cenare e fare il giro con la guida, ne vale veramente la pena. Per chi è appassionato di storia o solo per curiosità è consigliatissimo.

The place is huge, clean and unique experience (good) staying in a ‘castle’.

Not easily access by public transport (bus or train).

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. Our room overlooked a big persimmon tree. You could also hear church bells and the roosters which made the experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive. We were there for a wedding reception which was very well done. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant too. Would highly recommend the hotel for the experience. While the decor was not to my taste and a bit overwhelming, it was still a cool experience overall.
