"Creepy Castle"

I like that it was a castle but felt very uncomfortable when we were told we couldn’t leave the 2nd floor from midnight to 8am. We had a nap and heard strange noises. We then read that the castle is haunted by ghosts and it was featured in several tv shows for paranormal activity. Whether we believe in ghosts or not there was no way we were staying there so we checked out at 8pm. Unfortunately we paid the full room rate. The castle is way too creepy for us.

That we were restricted and that it is labelled as one of the most haunted places to stay.

Breakfast was incredibly varied and was high quality. The furnishings in our room were atmospheric and beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. All staff we encountered spoke English well and were very helpful. Wandering around the castle and exploring at night was magical and we had an incredible wine tasting in the cellar, our host for the wine tasting was awesome.

Har vært her flere ganger, og benytter det som go-to sted når jeg skal nyte livet i regionen rundt Verona. Kan sterkt anbefales! Unik stemning med dyktig personale, super service og en restaurant som alltid har laget fantastisk mat! Dette kan du/dere ikke gå glipp av! Jeg kommer tilbake igjen! Professional staff, very welcoming and always with a smile. Rooms are huge and clean with everything needed.We stayed in many hotels but this was nearly perfect
