According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. A deposit may be required at the property.

La ubicación del alojamiento es la indicada para disfrutar de unos dias de playa. El desayuno tipo buffet de todos los días fue excelente. La habitación siempre estuvo aseada y organizada durante los días de estancia. Muchas gracias por sus servicios.

Podrían implementar algún tipo de closet para las habitaciónes asi el turista podria organizar un poco mejor.

"Ótima localização"

Pra quem tá procurando algo simples e perto da praia esse é o lugar, localização excelente a duas ruas da praia, quadra super movimentada e bem segura, pra mim foi bom pois fiquei praticamente fora e só ia lá pra descansar e voltava novamente para rua conhecer os pontos turísticos, café da manhã bem farto e funcionários bem solícitos, fui surpreendido positivamente, com certeza voltarei a me hospedar em uma próxima oportunidade.

Não é necessariamente uma queixa, mas precisam renovar o enxoval, pois estão puídos e encardidos, acresceria muito na qualidade do serviço.

Ótima localização, café da manhã simples mas não deixa nada a desejar, tudo muito gostoso e fresquinho, o quarto tem um bom espaço, só o box do banheiro, acho que deveria estar um pouco mais limpo, funcionários bem educado, com certeza voltaria mais vezes.
