According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. A deposit may be required at the property.

Hotel simples, porém me atendeu muito bem. Gostei do café da manhã, com boa opção de frutas, e o principal é a localização, a poucos metros da orla de Copacabana. O custo benefício foi interessante também, considerando a média de valores da região. Também achei bem tranquilo para descansar à noite.

O ar condicionado é barulhento, por sorte a temperatura à noite estava agradável e não precisei usar muito.

Café da manhã muito bom.. localização excelente para vir de ônibus e Metrô tanto dos Aeroportos quanto da rodoviária. Melhor local de Copacabana. Água bem quente, ar condicionado muito bom. Ainda tem o diferencial de poder tomar um banho no fim da tarde, após o checkout. No banheiro compartilhado. Foi muito bom, pois fiz o checkout às 11h, mas só embarquei à meia noite. Funcionários muito atenciosos.
