Our greeting was lovely. Great suite. Terrible bar and awful bar service. Cocktails with no napkins. Also terrible layout. It’s not the layout of a 5 star hotel.

There were doing. construction inside, next to and above my room all day. There were loads of workers in hallways with beams. It was loud!! Not pleasant at all.

Great people up front but the noise is terrible. We stayed two days and had to transfer rooms due to construction. It was so loud and other services were slow

Restaurant and room services were top notch. The room was wonderful, the staff was very helpful, and it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also, the area and room were very quiet, so it made for a romantic and relaxing stay.

The only complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable.
