"Fantastic! Can’t wait to go again!"

The proximity to a private beach area and the community feel of the area. The checkin email I received outlined everything from how to access the room, key code (and no keys to haul around!), WiFi password and on site free laundry facilities! Beautiful courtyard and a full mini kitchen. With only 10 rooms, it’s small but a perfect boutique property!

"Perfect beach getaway"

Everything was perfect. Perfect location, room, front desk personnel, and close to beach. The room had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless! So clean and cozy. Extra beach towels to use and beach chairs. The path to the beach is so cute and accommodating with a shower to rinse off before coming back to the room. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also close to stops for the free trolley that takes you to downtown Siesta and Sarasota. Loved this place so much and would love to come back!
