The house & furnishings were amazing! The owners Kathy & Virl were great hosts! Definitely want to stay again! I would recommend Squiers Manor Bed and Breakfast!!!

"Cute bed and breakfast, great for a romantic stay"

My wife and I stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening dessert, breakfast, and the facilities. Our room, Harriet Squiers' room, exceeded our expectations. Very impressed. If you're looking for something with character and charm, this is your place.

"wonderful visit to a former time"

Virl and Kathy are two serious antiquers that have restored this classic mansion to its late 1800s elegance. In addition to a complete tour and an amazing home cooked breakfast and wonderful conversation, the room was flawless. Already looking for a return visit with my wife.

WHAT AN EXCELLENT BED AND BREAKFAST AND LOCATION. WE HAD JUST A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND THE BREAKFASTS WERE EXCEPTIONAL. THEY WERE SUCH PLEASANT HOSTS AND WE JUST LOVE OUR 6 DAY STAY. WE WILL NEVER STAY IN A MOTEL AGAIN IN THE MAQUOKETA AREA.

"Stop Over on the Way Home"

Kathy and Verl went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was exceptional and the amenities they provided were, too. We enjoyed noticing all the detail they had put into furnishing and accessorizing the different rooms.

"Excellent"

Great place to stay and lovely opportunity to meet guests from all over the US. The furnishings and decor are outstanding. My only small criticism would be the non-absorbant white towels.

"Excellent Hotel-Charming, Friendly, Historic"

Overwhelming visual experience of the preservation and display of this time appropriate historic B&B. Cathy and Verl are the outstanding hostess and host. Friendly conversation about thing to do around the area and historic information about the hotel filled the dinning area while you ate a delicious desert of breakfast. Rooms are clean and full of history. I have all ready recommend it to my friends and family.
