Beds were loud when you moved in them, and fairly uncomfortable, didn't get a great sleep. Walls were very thin. This is our 2nd stay here, and we would not stay in the Annex building again, but would def try the main building again which is what we had our first stay..

Pet room had a door to outside which was easy for letting the dog out.

The checkout time was too early at 10 am. A person can't check in until 4 PM, and then you want them to check out at 10 AM - kind of a rip-off of time. Check out should be 11:00 or 12:00 PM

Paid $300+ but weren't told Annex guests lost pool access (new policy). Staff gave a "family pass" for a local pool that was actually for 1 person only—had to pay extra again. Room floors were sticky and dirty, glasses unwashed. Total waste of money. Not recommended.

If you book through a third-party site, please be aware that as of January 1, 2026, rooms not in the main building will not have access to the pool or hot tub, despite what may be listed on the third-party website or app. We have stayed at this lodge a few times and recently booked a stay for my daughter in early December via Expedia. We were unaware that this new policy would take effect. The front desk only informed her after payment had been made. When she asked, the staff stated it was effective January 1 and that nothing could be done. When my daughter pointed out that Expedia specifically mentions “access to nearby indoor pool” (the pool in the main lodge), the supervisor’s response was: “There is nearby access to the community pool, and it’s $10.” I then called and spoke to the staff member, there was just a matter-of-fact “that’s the new policy.” My daughter requested a refund (which she was told could take 10–15 days) and scrambled to find another hotel, as the pool and hot tub were a major reason for choosing this lodge for a relaxing getaway which turned out to be a hassle. Given the inconsistent condition of the condos and the way this situation was handled, we will not be returning and do not recommend staying outside the main lodge, where you have no access to the pool or hot tub. The experience does not offer value for the price charged.
