The shower is nice, the staff were awesome, the location was great.

Apparently if you are not staying in the main building, you have no access to the pool, as of Jan 2026 I believe. (This is because the main building and out buildings are owned by different people and the main building decided not to share the pool, yet they all share the same hotel name…) I was not aware of this when I booked (and the pool was the main reason I picked this hotel). They told me afterwards that it is specified somewhere in the listing but I was looking for 20 mins on multiple listings and could not find it (at least on Booking.com where I booked). It shows a pool in the main hotel listing, then the rooms themselves just list what items are in the rooms. I’ve never been to a hotel with segregated amenities like this, so It didn’t occur to me to even ask them ahead of time. They apparently offer complimentary pool passes to the out buildings in the summer but in the winter they just don’t? I feel pretty cheated on this property to be honest. I don’t want any discounts or free stuff, I just want to know what I’m buying before I buy it. Had I known, I would have bought a different room there with the pool, or a different hotel entirely. Also the rooms in the out buildings are on the older side (our room number fell of the door).

The price and location was great. The room had a fire place, which was amazing to help dry out my winter gear. Having all the channels on the TV made it easy to stay inside at night after a long cold day outside.

It was unsetting that the pool was not available for guests who stayed in the Annex building. Getting access to the splash pass at Elevation place was not easy given the cold temperatures. Please relay that fact to the hotel.
