"For what we paid I guess it was alright."

Location was good, close to restaurants. The main bed in the suite was comfortable. Nice big kitchen with all working appliances.

The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable (like trash) and they didn’t have enough bedding for it. The front staff aren’t on the property from 11pm-7am so if any troubles arises there’s no one there. Getting around the halls/buildings was like a maze, poor signage. Difficult to find parking garage in main building.

Staff were great! Very helpful and on it.

State of repair in the unit in the Annex was really bad; dry wall patches everywhere, missing wallpaper, shower tile in gross need of repair and cleaning. Not a "warm" environment. Also not having access to pool because we're in the Annex was disappointing.

Location, price, cleanliness and convenience

Shower wouldn’t drain. Water filled the stall and overflowed onto the floor. We had to turn the water off to allow time for the water to drain.

When I arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk or anywhere to be found for 20 minutes. When I asked for blankets for the pull out bed, the attendant didn’t answer the front desk phone so I had to walk out and she wasn’t sure if she’d be able to find blankets. Eventually she did bring blankets to the room, but all to say the service was very low.

Too hot in the appartment, had to turn off the conditioner and open the window and balcony door.
