Location was ok for walking everywhere.

Not clean, leaking & loud dripping sink all night long, fridge was loud and clunky, and everything was dusty, very outdated furniture and decor. No room housekeeping for three day stay. Had to call four times to ask for more washcloths. The staff at the restaurant were assholes.

Walls were not soundproof at all. We have stayed in other hotels in Canmore on the same road and could not hear the train at all. We could also other patron's conversations in the room next to us. Also, the room was not very clean. Although the location was convenient for us. we will never stay here again.

The hotell staff refused to give me the official receipt for my booking at the end of my stay. I tried to complain to them and Booking.com, but nothing happened, NOBODY CARES!!! It's a financial MESS up there!!! Since it was my business trip I need that receipt for reimbursement at my work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL!!!!

Just choose somewhere else. Staying in 2 bedroom suite. Room is not clean, tv has a line through the middle, pool is a disaster. Watch out for Bandaids. No staff to manage this place. Checking out early. From the time we checked in it’s been a mess. The Indian girl with AirPods in wearing a hoodie eating a bowl of linguini Alfredo was mildly friendly. Mildly. At 4pm, the exact check in time. Keys don’t work, but we were told they do, they’re just touchy. They don’t. Parking spot was taken, was told to move around until it’s free. Paper signs on doors to depict room #. Gym has no treadmill, not worth it. You’d think these condos would be clean and maintained. They are not. Stay elsewhere, there are SO many choices.
