The location was good; easy to get anywhere in Canmore.

The bathroom was dirty. I mean scum in the sink and in the tracking of the shower. It also has a fancy shower but it doesn’t work. You can use the basic shower head though. The parking is also quite abysmal.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Rooms were not clean, we had a half eaten hamburgerin our shower right after check in. The front tried to offer a bottle of wine as compensation and told us it was clean because there were no water spots on the faucet. The staff was the least willing to help, pushed us to a building called 'the annex' with no notice - didn't let us use the pool despite booking before they changed their rules about who could or could not access the pool. Terrible service. Will never book here again.

Parking was very limited, especially in the annex area. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and were able to find a parking spot, but when we returned after dinner, there were no available spots at all. This made our stay quite inconvenient and stressful, as we had difficulty finding a place to park.

The mountain view from our balcony was wonderful. The pool is great for kids and the hot tub we all enjoyed.

The cleanliness of the room we had. That there were parking problems and had to move our vehicle a lot and at inconvenient times because of the construction work they were doing.
