Great location for the train station and only a 20 minute walk to the square. Staff were very helpful with recommendations and tips on where to go. Room was lovely and clean, spacious and the fridge kept a bag of ice frozen so we could have cold drinks.

The reception staff here were absolutely amazing and really facilitated towards our needs! The location was great too with just over a 5min walk to and from Brussels Midi Train Station. We were soo shocked at how close the proximity is. The king size room was great for space and the bed super comfy. It also had a bath which is always a nice touch instead of only a shower option.

We did find our room a quite dusty which wasn't great during the warm/pollen weather this month and housekeeping a bit lack lustered with the daily clean of our rooms, sometimes skipping a day entirely. The pressure of the shower wasn't great when in use.
