"Awesame"

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The breakfasts were delicious, and I especially loved that you could make your own fresh orange juice. On Sunday, they even served delicious Belgian waffles. A special thank you to the hotel and the staff for being so attentive and for making my birthday extra special with their thoughtful congratulations. I truly appreciated it and had a wonderful stay.

The air conditioning did not work. However, this was not really an issue, as the window could be opened

"Hôtel bien situé...au Midi !!!"

Hôtel bien situé près de la gare du Midi, confortable...L'airco ds la chambre bienvenue, bon accueil et un super petit dej-buffet...A recommander pr un séjour à Bruxelles...!!! Et boire un verre à "la porteuse d'eau" à proximité...super café "Art Nouveau"...!!!

"Great stay, good location and comfortable."

Close to the travel hub for eurostar, city metro and buses. Good travel links to Bruges. Comfortable and clean room. Quiet in the room, even though the area was noisy and by the train station. Lovely staff.

The shower head could have done with being replaced. Better instructions for air con/room fan. Took us a while to figure it out and get the room cool.
