Quality Inn Hastings

My stay was nice and they were so kind and let me check in early so I could get ready for a wedding. Very great customor service! The room was clean but the bathroom needs updated! The toilet was not connected to the ground and would lift off the tile with the slitest tilt. 😬 The bathtub, while clean, did not hold water and was too, out dated. The breakfast was extremely disappointing! Thank goodness I'm not a huge breakfast person.

I got reservations through booking and when I went to check in it was the fastest I've ever had, they had the key ready and all I did was tell them my name. Got to the room was surprised by laminet wood floors. The room was cleaned well. Bed was comfortable.

It was hot outside so I turned the AC down to get the room cooler, it didn't do much good. The door way to the rest room is tiny I had to turn side ways to go through the door as my shoulders hit both sides of the door frame. If you have to sit down to use the toilet you might as well sit on the floor as the toilet is super low. It would be right height for a toddler potty training but not for an adult. Breakfast was super skimpy scrambled eggs, sausage links was it. If I go back this will not be the hotel of choice.

It was a bit run down and we couldn't figure out why there was so much moisture in the room. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Overall the price was high for the quality of the room (the ceiling was poorly patched in the bathroom)

I’m not sure about the laminate flooring in the rooms. I’m sure it is easier to clean but not very comfortable feeling. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

An elevator would be nice for handicapped guests

The people were nice.

The floors were filthy in the room. Swept yes, mopped maybe but with dirty water. Spilt a little water, went to wipe it up and the cloth came up so grey it was disgusting. Then during my 4th day I found a cockroach crawling on my bedroom door. I now am scared to bring any of my belongings into my house.

It was near everything we needed to be around. The staff was friendly. The pool hours were great. It seems safe to be in that area. Parking lot availability. Breakfast options were good.

The room smelled a lot of humidity. The bed was kind of uncomfortable and made squeaky noice even just to sit on it. The soaps to shower or even to wash hands didn't smell good.

Group of about 40 intocicated, vulgar guests running up and down halls partying and hollering, slamming doors until 3 am and management did absolutely nothing.
