Quality Inn Hastings

Our room was clean and breakfast was good.

The pool was dirty found many random hair balls floating in pool, swimming suits smelled like dirty pond water after swimming and hanging clothes to dry in bathroom.

They said i could have my dogs so i requested a king size bed for me and my girlfriend. When i showed up they told me if i wanted my dogs i had to change my room to a double queen and it was more expensive. They also told me on the phone it was $15 for each dog and when i showed up they told me it was $20. The floors in the room where dirty and there were stains on the sheets. The tv was in spanish and i had to figure out how to change it back. I will bever stay here again.

Tv didn’t work correctly

Very comfortable stay, breakast was lacking.

Straight forward simple breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, muffins. I had the eggs and sausage which I thought were good.

I wish the breakfast area was a little larger.

The smell in the hallway was awful. Bed needs replaced, felt the springs in the mattress. Wasn't the cleanest l.

I was running late and they accomodated me coming in late..about 10pm. But the Owner/ Manager greeted me in bare feet which seemed unprofessional. However my room was close by and a cart by the door. Checking in and out was a breeze! Our first morning there was no food restockedso we complained. She immediately sticked the eggs and sausage and checked the pancake batter. The bathroom in the room had a really teeny door width wise and the toilet much too low to the ground and it rocked. I saw ine roach in the bathroom which kinda grossed me out and I killed it. But everything else was ok. The beds were VERY comfortable with full sized pillows, not those stupid 1/2 pillows. Good microwave and fridge which we used. Two chairs without arms at a small table which I appreciated. And one floor lamp and overhead light by table which was good. I also used the pool and it was nice and warm. Not cold at all as it was in the teens outside. I really appreciated that and had a very nice swim.
