El trato del personal es lo mejor con diferencia. Los camareros de la terraza de la azotea son la bomba

La piscina no estaba cristalina y lo peor peor peor fue el calor que hacía en el comedor del desayuno. Horrible!!! A las 9 de la mañana ya hacía mucho calor, el aire funcionaba poco y mal y todas las puertas cerradas. Fue horrible

La falta de resolución con el problema que tuvimos con las cucarachas todos los días de nuestra estancia. La única respuesta al respecto fue que, siendo nosotros residentes canarios, debíamos entender que el hotel está en una zona donde hay bastantes cucarachas. Respecto de los snacks que se ofrecen en el bar piscina decir que la calidad de los mismos es pésima, sirva de ejemplo un perrito caliente con solo salchicha requemada y pan seco sin más condimento que sobres de salsa de tomate pues era lo único que tenían. De otro lado destacar que, transcurrida tan solo una hora desde el comienzo del horario del servicio del bar piscina, ya no disponían ni de la mitad de lo ofrecido en la carta. Ya por último, y lo que faltaba, es hacer cola en la terraza para tomar algo, dado que los pedidos se tienen que hacer en la barra, al igual que en el bar piscina, muy propio todo ello de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Por todo ello, hemos decidido cancelar una segunda reserva que teníamos confirmada para el próximo mes de agosto.
