"Good hotel far from city center "

15 minutes to city center using public transportation. The hotel is located in a small shopping center. The entrance is at the 3rd floor - no elevator to the reception. Good room, , helpful staff, great breakfast.

"A welcoming home away from home"

We only stayed overnight but would certainly go back for a longer stay. Staff were very welcoming & helpful and the room was spacious & well appointed. A comfortable place to hang your hat & coat, park your suitcase or drop your backpack.

a quick stopover on way from uk to Bulgaria so only there one night. quite hard to find but luckily a kind local took us straight to it. good sized rooms, clean, comfortable and very friendly & helpful staff. Overall excellent value for money and would def recommend

"Great stay!"

Our stay at this hotel was great! Much more than expected, as the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing! The staff speaks English well and will help you find places to visit, get taxis, or provide a shuttle.

"Good but not fantastic"

Good hotel, with above average service. However there were a few drawbacks, access was poor for someone who requires a lift and a bit too far from the city. Also they did not give us a double bed.

"Nice people, but not clean."

Very friendly staff who really go out of their way to welcome you; they even bought me a present for my birthday, which was unexpected but nice. The location of the hotel is a bit outside the city center, but it's a 12 min bus ride to most places you'd want to visit. Overall the hotel is probably not one I would recommend because it feels pretty dated. I would say overall cleanliness is below average -- there is a definite funky smell in the rooms coupled with lingering smoke smell everywhere you go. The breakfasts are so bad ... basically inedible food that I actually got sick off of. Seems like they purchase 2 day-old break and pastries, along with other unappealing breakfast items.
