I stayed for a night on business trip to Hyderabad. The staff are amazing with excellent customer service intent. In particular I would mention Mr Manikanta in reception, who was very patient in booking me in to the hotel though I was very very late and . He made sure he upgraded my stay and even sent colleague to guide me to the room. Overall the first impression he made had made the entire stay very pleasing and positive. Thanks Manikanta and team Park Hyderabad.. Good work

I visited on 6 January 2025, Amazing hotel, comfortable stay, great customer service, delicious food, and despite of these, the staff was amazing specially Joy, tushar, vikash, thaja, nickie, sanjana, rudra, rishu, danish, stunny, from buffet section was to polite and professional kudos to staff's professionalism and customer engagement, thanks guys if you are reading this. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

I visited for business. All the staffs were so hard working . Housekeeping Team was very excellent and delivered all the laundries before on time. Please take a note of Mr Mahipal Reddy , he is such a sincere hardworking person in the house keeping team. Such a warm soul. In room Dining Mr sai Ram is highly efficient in service .

It's a hotel with peaceful environment, spacious and clean rooms, good food, well mannered staffs who are always ready to help, assist and give 5 star service to their guests. I would like to appreciate Ms.Thaja from F and B department who took good care of us and served us with utmost sincere smile, please stay the same. Kudos to all the staffs. Thank you for making our stay a comfortable one.

Very rude staff from in room dining and restaurant. They gave food with lot of abuse. They are the rudest staff I came across so far. Their serve you in such a manners feels like their intent is to throw stones on you. They really need to gear up and they serve you by your profiling.

From the moment we arrived, Mainak went above and beyond, effortlessly managing the check-in of two families - including ours - despite being busy with another guest.Kudos to you, Mainak, for showing genuine interest in our well-being and comfort! Its a kind of OK hotel in terms of 5 star. If you get in a price of around 5000-7000 Please book this or else for something else. Breakfast is good. In the evening you can enjoy a live music concert . The area where music is played is having a very bad smell because of the lake near it.
