The Park Hyderabad

This was my first visit to The Park Hyderabad. Although it was a short trip for 2 days, the overall experience was truly delightful. At no point did it feel like it was my first time here – the warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. I would especially like to mention my experience at the restaurant Verandah. Mr. Sangay and his entire team were exceptionally proactive and attentive. Mr. Sangay, in particular, went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of during my time there. He made me feel completely at home by checking in every time to ask if I wanted any special dish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. If you ever visit Verandah, I highly recommend looking out for him – his service is on another level. A special note of appreciation to Ms. Akshita at the front desk – she was kind, courteous, and very professional. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention for their efficiency and dedication; they made sure my stay was comfortable and peaceful. Wishing the entire team and the leadership at The Park Hyderabad all the very best. Keep up the great work!

The location was nice, the rooms were well maintained, Good room amenities, service was quick, AC worked well, Got upgraded room. The breakfast was great good spread, staff was very courteous and helpful, Would like to mention Mr Siraj and Anil during the breakfast service. From the front office team would like to mention Ms Heena she was very helpful and made our stay comfortable .The view is great located next to the lake.

I was here for a business conference and stayed two nights. I loved this hotel , food at their restaurants Aish , banqueting and coffeshop. The best thing was people and their attitude towards hospitality. The rooms are spacious and good , large bathrooms and is very centrally located. I also want to thank their General Manager , Mr. Ajit Garcha for making my evening wonderful with his company . AIsh restaurant is a must try to experience Hyderabad flavours . I would highly recommend this hotel and love to go back

Amazing stay always when we check in The Park Hyderabad.My favourite Hotel.Kudos to the great efficiency and fast delivery of food to all hardworking inroom dining staff.You all rock and never fail to impress be it 3:00 hrs food order &delivery.Pradeep from inroom dining you are so pleasant and warm.The food in buffet has lots of varieties and it’s very tasty.Superimpressed with the bakery chef for such tasty croissant which looked unreal.Manager of F&B Sangay is always very courteous/polite and very helpfu towards his fellow colleagues and also guests.Chef Haroon/Thaja/Vikash/Satyajeet/Nikki /Naresh and Sanjana from F&B buffet are also always so friendly/courteous and always very positive .

During my recent business trip in April 2025, I had the opportunity to stay at The Park Hyderabad, an experience that offered both commendable hospitality and certain areas for improvement. The staff at this establishment were notably helpful and responsive, with particular commendation due to Jaya at the front desk. Her attentiveness to guest requirements set a high standard for customer service throughout my stay. Additionally, the restaurant verandah impressed me with its quality cuisine and welcoming ambiance, accentuated by the consistently warm and professional demeanor of Sanjana at the restaurant reception, who diligently catered to guest needs. The property itself is well designed, showcasing aesthetic and functional elegance that is especially evident in the lake- or swimming pool-facing rooms. Such room orientations provide guests with a pleasing visual experience and a sense of tranquility that is often sought in a hospitality setting. This thoughtful design undoubtedly contributes to the overall positive ambiance of the hotel. While several aspects of my stay were commendable, there were noticeable shortcomings that warrant attention. The service at both the restaurants Verandah and at Aqua left significant room for improvement. On one occasion, a waitress took my order only to hand it off to another waitress, who did not return to check on the request. In another instance, a member of the waiting staff appeared uncertain as to whether a menu item was available, despite its explicit listing on the menu—a lapse that reflects a broader issue with staff training. Furthermore, although the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, they are in urgent need of renovations or refitting. I encountered an incident after breakfast when returning to my room to find that the washroom drain outlet had leaked. While the housekeeping staff responded promptly and efficiently, addressing the problem and explaining that the issue originated from an overflow in the adjoining room’s drainage system, this incident highlighted the necessity for infrastructural updates. Another issue to deal with is the menace of pigeons perched or nested at every nook and corner of the exterior facade, often visible at night from the rooms, which on more than one occasion can be often revolting. The hotel to their credit is trying their best in initiating netting setups but clearly seems short of necessary actions. I must also extend my appreciation to the duty manager, Mr. Vivek, who personally contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience and offered alternative solutions to enhance my comfort. His proactive and sincere approach significantly mitigated the effects of the challenges faced during my stay. Finally, the surroundings of The Park Hyderabad add to its appeal. The scenic Hussain Sagar Lake, situated just across the road, offers a serene view and a pleasant environment, complemented by excellent transportation facilities and proximity to the vibrant Banjara and Jubilee Hills areas. However, it should be noted that the location is somewhat distant from Hitech City and other emerging office hubs, which may be a consideration for business travelers in the region. Overall, my experience at The Park Hyderabad was a balanced mix of superior hospitality and areas in need of attention, and I remain hopeful that these issues will be addressed to further enhance the guest experience in the future.
