This place is amazing. Outstanding comfort beautiful decor, heavenly breakfast and staff that go the extra mile.

This a gorgeous B&B. Spotlessly clean. Lovely garden, easy to find. Convenient to town centre. But as we arrived on the first of December it was delightful to see the house decorated to the last for the festive season. Just beautiful and hopefully we will stay here again. Thanks Tom.

We stayed for a week and had a very nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with large servings and a varied selection. Access to the property is good and is within walking distance of downtown Carlow. Ample parking on the premises for our rental car. The host was friendly and helpful, with excellent advice for daytrips.

Easy parking ,great breakfast, rooms are spacious and have everything you may need. Only 15-20 min walk to town pubs for dinner and drinks. Owner very helpful with travel ideas.

B&B was better than any hotel I have stayed at in the past ten years.with an excellent owner in charge

A good modern B&B. Service good. Room way to hot and noise from the main road not for the light sleeper likewise the rooms are very close and late night returns wake you up. In our case at 1.30am Breakfast just average the continental lacked fresh produce that B&Bs in this price point have. Porridge counts as a cooked breakfast !!!

Comfortable and cosy. 10 minute walk to Carlow town centre. Quality B&B. Highly recommended.

We travelled to Carlow, for an event, so needed somewhere quiet and comfortable for Friday and Saturday night. On Friday evening we walked in town, and had a nice meal in town.
