Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip Las Vegas

What a great experience at Elara in late April to May (7 nights).....check in was super fast at 9.30pm in the evening and the young girl on the desk was great,I asked for a higher up room if possible and she gave me a room on the 34th floor room 26 (all the even numbered rooms face the Sphere and Paris Hotel).......The view was Killer!!.....WOW.....Everything in the room was amazing....brilliant large shower cubicle with an impressive looking jacuzzi bath in the bedroom (did not use)...Samsung fridge was huge with icemaker and a great big Samsung microwave,all the crockery and utensils needed and toilet rolls and towels plentiful....one huge TV with projector in the main room plus a large TV in the bedroom..The swimming pool and its surroundings were fab although at its deepest only about 5ft which was adequate. The Elara is central to everything on the main strip,attached to the air conditioned Miracle mile mall which has everything,bars,eateries,stores,cinemas etc.Also from this mall you enter the Casino of Planet Hollywood which was great for a smoke and a quick couple of spins.From my room it was a 10 minute walk through the mall to be on the main strip where you are facing the Cosmopolitan and the big bright lights.I must mention the 10 banks of elevators......they are amazing and super fast and a big shout out to the security men there. I thoroughly recommend this place to all viewers......Thanks Elara!!

The housekeeping is the asset of this property. Excellent customer service and very prompt when you need help.

The front office staff’s level of accommodation and approachability is lacking, resulting in an excessively lengthy check-in process. Despite our fourth visit, the check-in procedure has not improved. It takes between 30-45 minutes for them to complete the check-in process. While I do not harbor any ill will towards new hires or trainees, I believe they should also exhibit a sense of urgency, as guests are likely exhausted from their travels and eager to reach their rooms for rest. The wait could be justified if it were compensated with a room with a pleasant view, rather than being placed in a corner on a lower floor with a view of a parking lot. As it was my partner’s 50th birthday. I politely requested a room change with a better view, expressing my willingness to pay the additional cost to ensure the celebrant has a more enjoyable experience. Regrettably, my request was denied.

The Elara is a beautiful hotel just a half block off of the strip. It’s attached to the Miracle mile Shops. The room we stayed in had a full kitchen and living room and in room jacuzzi. The views were spectacular.

Tudo novo e tem o que é preciso para fazer um café ou lanche. Tem Walgreens ao lado, e o shopping é bem arrumado com lojas boas .

Eles não limparem os quartos todos os dias. Mas parece ser um problema de todos os hotéis . No Caesars Palace tbm não limparam .

The 1 bedroom suite has most of the comforts of a residence and a great view. I really appreciate the washer/dryer, the jacuzzi tub, the kitchen, and the view is awesome if you are on a decent floor.

Just vacationed at Elara for four nights from April 28th to May 2nd, loved the stay. Beautiful, clean hotel, nice pool, had a room with a kitchenet, excellent location when you want to stay within short walking distance to literally the center of the strip. It is about 5 minutes of brisk walk through an air-conditioned mall to get to the strip across from Bellagio and next to Paris, and literally attached to Planet Hollywood. Ask for a high floor room overlooking the Sphere, endlessly entertaining :) I actually loved it that there is no casino on site, no smoking, just a relaxing stay at a great Hilton hotel. Huge plus being attached to the mall, tons of less pricy food options away from noise and ABC store has fresh cut fruit, yoghurts, juices, water at a regular price, some good light food options to stock the fridge (with a freezer) in the hotel with. One thing that I would change is to allow access to some outside area before 8 AM, being an early riser and coming from NY with 3 hour time difference I would have loved being able to have my coffee by the pool deck or something like that. Having said that, this hotel has longer pool hours than most, 8 to 8 which is great but there needs to be more shade, Nevada sun is brutal, need some umbrellas over general lounges area. lastly, big thanks to Gina, Melody, Diana and Ana from guest services to make our stay amazing, would definitely stay again if decide to visit Las Vegas again.
