"It was ok. We were able to walk to our destination without taking our vehicle."

The free. breakfast was good. In the room They have a microwave, a balcony, soap shampoo conditioner in the shower.

The beds need to be changed. You have to sleep in the middle, it feels like there’s a whole. Face cloth looked stained. Pillow case are wrinkled. Bed spread had a stain.

Comfy beds

Check in was rough, even though I did it online. I was placed on the second floor when I asked for a first floor room. I was also placed near a family when I had pets. That did not go over well. And I had to be moved and waited another hour to check in. I was also charged for an extra pet when I would have put that I had two pets on the early check in but there was no place to put that. There was no microwave in the room. The staff did try, but it does not seem like they read their online material.

Nothing other than how understanding the staff was when we canceled our booking. They were excellent and very quick with everything. Almost like they knew...

Everything. Im 99% sure these are AI edited photos There was food stains on the couch, the curtains and the floor. Small room, bird poop on the balcony. Shed skins of bedbugs in the mattress. Overall horrible experience
