Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham North Bay Downtown

For the age it was very good.

Nothing.

location wise it is good. Breakfast need improvement. More warm items such as eggs, hashbrown are needed.

Internet wiffi did not work.

It was okay but upgrades are needed . The breakfast was decent but could be a bit better.

When we got there, I’d say a homeless man was trying to check in (honestly not to sure) when he got rejected he announced the property had bed bugs. Of course we were afraid. The hallway we stayed on smelt like pot which I reported when I was leaving.

There was a big whole in the mattress, bathroom was gross.

Needs to be taken care of more

The beds were comfortable.

The room was a mess. Broken curtains, zero heat, busted hole punched in the back of the bathroom door, huge chip on the side of the tub, rusty shower pole, no plastic shower curtain so water gets everywhere. When we told the front desk the only reply was "the hole in the door was not patched?"
