The front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming. Check in was very fast. We were just passing through coming from a trip from NY and it was a great stop to sleep and continue to Florida

I’ve stay here many times over the years since it was built and I always enjoyed my stay, but now it’s looking old and unkept, the furniture in my room was dirty and a bit outdated, the hall and elevator was dirty. I think this was the last time I’ll stay here when I come to Wilson NC

Roaches in the bathroom and on the door when we checked in. Told staff and no offer to change rooms or anything.

Elevator was out

My family and I booked our hotel stay in April for a family reunion in Wilson, NC for July. We were going for the weekend. Someone called us on Wednesday to let us know the elevators were out of order and they wanted to give the 1st floor to the disable. We booked through third party, we stayed with the same hotel "Comfort Suites" instead of canceling. Check in was fine, front desk explain everything. Walking up and down the step the carpet had a TERRIBLE odor. The hotel could use some renovation. I was happy the rooms had no carpet. The rooms can be painted, new furniture, and the bathroom can be remodeled. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, due to the moisture, the bathroom had mold. The sink was clogged up. Maintenance did fix it. The phone in the rooms didn't work. Front desk said "some of the phones work in the rooms, not all of them". There was a crack in the air conditioner, you can see outside. The window-sill had a lot of dead bugs, I was able to lift up the blinds. I took pictures, check them out for yourself. Would I stay there again?! NO! Unless they renovate the entire hotel! I would rate this hotel a 2 1/2 out of 5.

My family and I was going to NC for a family gathering. I received a phone call 2 days prior to let me know the elevator was out of order. I booked my hotel stay through third-party and decided to not cancel my hotel stay. Upon arriving, I was greeted from an unpleasant person named "Miranda!" Her mannerism wasn't pleasant at all! She didn't tell us anything about the hotel! She didn't say that the elevator was out of order! She didn't suggest to us which side we should take for the steps that was closer to our room! I'm 25 yrs old, I was wondering if she give all younger folks the same treatment! The steps had a terrible smell! Our room was a 2 out of 5! This hotel need some serious updates. Not to mention the bathroom, bed, walls, window-sill, floor boards, furniture. Would I stay here again? NO! Not even for a quickie!

I liked the convenience of the property location, didn't like that the bathroom tub wasn't cleaned properly. Other than that, not bad for the price.

When I got to the property the elevator was not working and they had no rooms on the first floor that were wheel chair accessible. The receptionist at the desk Quanasia was amazing. She found me a room in the hotel next door. Explained my situation. Got the room for me for less and had my room refunded by Expedia within 15 minutes. I was in bed within a half an hour. This receptionists customer service is amazing. She should be promoted to manager or at least get a nice raise. Don’t loose her

This hotel did the job for a quick rest while driving across state with my family of 6. Upon arrival the elevator was out of service and although I called ahead to request a first floor room I was given a 3rd floor room because the first floor was reserved for the disabled and elderly only. So I had to take my 4 kids and all the luggage up the stairs. The bed looked like it had black lint when we pulled the blankets back. There was a deep hole in the pull out bed and there were random brown stains on certain areas of the floor. At breakfast the lady working there had a problem with my small kids (1 & 3) making a mess with cereal and made a slick comment under her breath and didn’t think we would hear. When I asked her why did she say she said it wasn’t okay that our small children made a mess with the cereal and I offered to sweep it up and she said no. I don’t understand why you would complain about small children making a mess when anyone who is a parent knows that any meal time can and will be messy. If it’s such a problem then maybe you should make that clear to people who stay with their family. Overall, I will not be coming back here after this experience. And I urge you to talk to your staff about social awareness, empathy, and proper customer service!

elevator is not working did stay on the first floor. first night our toilet overflowed with no plunger in sight. we used all the towels we had to soak up the water. told front desk had to put all towels out in the hall and asked twice for clean towels, we left for myrtle beach and when we came back we had fresh towels but the bathroom wasn’t clean. bits of toilet paper are everywhere on the floor
