We were told ahead of time elevator was out of order and if we needed special accommodations to call. I called at 1:00 pm on day of reservation and said we would need no higher than 2nd floor because we had someone with a slight disability. The woman’s said they would be able to accommodate our request however when we arrived at 9 pm we were put on the 3rd floor. The stairwell had no AC and it was extremely difficult to make the climb, then to enter the room and not have a good AC, made for a terrible night sleep. The breakfast was so so. The staff though was friendly.

First. Elevator wasn’t working so we were pretty on the first floor, which wasn’t handicapped. The overflow in bathtub was rusty. I have pictures. I wish I could send. The bathtub itself was dirty. Whoever stayed there before us left socks there and they’re still there. We had to keep the bathroom door closed because the toilet kept running every so often. We were very disappointed since our first visit was so good.

The hotel has a funky musty smell. The elevator was out of order for our stay so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The bathroom shelves were dusty and shower had mold.
