bad english knowledge of the personnel, cold indoor swimmig pool and a smoking odor everywhere

Food was awful, satay was dry, noodles was not good. Simply the worst food iv tasted in China.

I like the location, it is within walking distance to a big and upscale mall.

Wish the staff has more training and understanding in English language skills.

The bathroom and the auto flush and more, very modern

O hotel é bonito, bem decorado, limpo e tem um café da manhã completissimo, pois além da oferta de produtos ocidentais tem também muitas iguarias chinesas saborosas. Nota 10 para o delicioso breakfast.

Breakfast options were great! Rooms were clean.

Front desk staff was not helpful or apologetic. We booked a junior suite but was given a standard room. Hotel did not help to fix the situation. Instead, they blamed it on our travel agent after we repeatedly asked for this to be fixed. We were too jetlagged to argue so we stayed in the room given. The poor service from the front desk staff tainted our experience with this hotel.
