The location

The property takes long for services.

The hotel refused to provide a bill. There was no response to my emails. My colleague was told that the hotel doesn't provide such documents.

Easy access with the keycard. Very nice with Washing machine and dryer.

Mattress a bit hard but that is personally . Only Chinese channels, only one Singapore channel for news( English). Wi-fi unable to log in with the room no. Have to use with a Chinese mobile no., so the room service help me to use with hers. Small swimming pool.

Nice lobby, nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Good price for the location. High-tech toilets! Good beds and well equipped rooms with plenty of space.

One evening a very loud group of students were in the downstairs courtyard below the guest rooms and very noisy around midnight - I think the staff should have asked them to be quiet. To give the hotel credit, we called down to reception to complain about the noise and the noise soon stopped so I think they must have had a word. We stayed in two different rooms, in one room the toilet would flush itself every 20 minutes for some reason which could be annoying at nighttime. The carpet in the corridors is so thick and soft, my elderly mother had trouble rolling her suitcase to the room, so I had to help her with that. It's a nice carpet though :) Breakfast was cold, limited offer and repetitive day on day. If the breakfast was better this hotel stay would probably be 10/10.

The bed was very hard. Room service was there every day but didn’t clean the room. Poor room supply.

beautiful hotel, perfect clean room, new and stylish furniture, bed and pillows are cozy. very nice staff. breakfast also was good, everyone can find something for himself. thank you. the hotel is about 10-15 mins walking from metro station, thats very convenient. my only wish is more tv channels in foreign languages or maybe music channels.
