Beware of the surly gal at the front desk! She needs some remedial training. When we asked why she was so curt, she said ‘it’s been a hard day. ‘ Nevertheless she doesn’t represent the hotel highly. Probably not going to book here again. Too bad.

The location is fantastic. Sunday’s breakfast was delicious, the dining room was the nicest room in the entire building, that I saw.

There was a crazy amount of noise from the pool area, the bed had a weird defect to the mattress, the bathroom counter was so uneven my toiletries had a tough time staying upright. Some attention to detail would go a very long way.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel.. Two seniors and two separate rooms. Both times we have had issues with the locations of our queen rooms. It would seem that these rooms are in the noisiest parts of the hotel such as right opposite the gym, close to the stairs or dining area, etc. This time we arrived around 4pm. I asked the very pleasant receptionist to change just my assigned room, which he did. Unfortunately the new room had not been serviced and would not be that day. So he called the manager which is where it immediately started to go downhill. Her name is Kris Gapay and even after over 50 years in the travel business myself, I cannot remember a poorer excuse for a so-called manager. Her attitude was simply appalling and she just plain didn't care and showed it. It seemed as if we were wasting her time. Eventually I was assigned a room which (surprise!) was right next door to the noisy staircase. I gave up and accepted. I should emphasize that this comment does not involve the very nice receptionists on that day and the next day nor does it involve any other staff member. Also we found the interior of the rooms and other areas to be acceptable. My recommendation to potential customers - insist on a quiet room and good luck! Bottom line to management - Ms. Gapay is a detriment to your facility. Your customers deserve better.

The pool was great and the kitchen staff was awesome! The breakfast was delicious. Parking is easy and convenient.

The check in staff is RUDE and ridiculous. The hotel was empty and they couldn't let us check in early. The hotel is dated and falling apart. The room price is TOO HIGH for the accommodations.

The staff is excellent. We stayed in 14 different places on our road trip across the county and back. This is our favorite! The people are friendly and do their jobs well. The nice new lady doing laundry was pleasant and funny as I stopped and said, "Hi." I am friendly too. The desk people were so great and accommodated my handicap by giving us a first floor room. And the guy who told the pool guests that it was time to close was great too. I didn't have to worry about any noise from the pool area, which is great by the way. We took a dip earlier. Restaurant staff was wonderful and the food delicious. FABULOUS PLACE!

The rooms have paper thin walls. Noisy neighbors and close by indoor pool made it too loud to sleep. Maid service will clean room only after 5 or more days. Ran out of Kleenex in room.

We love to stay here every year. The pool & hot tub are great and warm. Staff were all very friendly. Our rooms are always clean and fresh. We really enjoyed the Mother’s Day brunch as well.

The shower drain was very slow, showering while standing in a tub full of water isn’t ideal. As returning guests, who also stay for a week at a time, we would love to see a special rate offered.
