It was expensive. It was out of date(1970's bathroom). The tub was disinigated. The faucets barely worked because the valve cartridge was worn out.The coffee maker was broken. I spoke to the front desk to have it fixed when I ate at the restaurant. (The restaurant is very nice! ) They did not get the coffee maker fixed. Which was the reason I actually spent more money to stay here. Next time, I will stay somewhere else. Also, it was very cold -24 degrees, and the hotel is poorly heated. My room was like a furnace and the bathroom was very cold!.

I liked the restaurant, it was reasonably priced, good food and very friendly staff! Also, the bed linens were nice

Needs to have the previous smoking rooms remodeled because paint and new bedding didn’t get rid of the ash/smoke smell. Everything is very 70’s dated

Not just redecorate but definitely remodel the rooms that used to be smoking allowed

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL. DARK DINGY ROOMS, They don’t tell you your PET FRIENDLY room is going to be around a POOL"

Yesterday DO NOT STAY IN THIS MOTEL - TRY THE B&B hotel This hotel is old, the lobby area/restaurant is clean and seems updated. The rooms are depressing, nothing hanging on our walls, dark and dingy. Booked a pet friendly room, BUT I was not told that ALL pet friendly rooms are surrounding an indoor pool that gets booked for “pool parties” SCREAMING KIDS” for HOURS, note: allowed to continue until 10PM, too bad for the other people who are paying over $120. a night and have to listen to this. We had to turn our tv up to a ridiculous level to try to drown out the screaming boys who were part of the pool party. I asked the front desk if there is anyway they could ask the adults around the pool to have the kids bring the level of screaming down. They said they couldn’t because they are paying for a pool party which will end at 10 PM. I told the front desk staff that I was not told our room was on the pool. We had a big slider door opening to the pool. With it shut as well as the curtains pulled, the noise level was ridiculous. They said there was nothing that they could do. They could not move us because they had no other pet friendly rooms that were not on the pool.. They would not make an exception at all. After I called them, I decided to go down and talk to the manager. She said there was nothing that she could do. She was not going to make an exception for me at all. She told me I could check out the next day if I wanted to. I told her we would ask her to mark my account to not be charged for the next night. I was partway down the hall and decided to go back. I told her It’s only fair that you tell people when they call to reserve a room, that if the room they’re being given is on the pool that they are told about that. Also told that the pool is rented out for parties and tell them that the pool is open until 10 o’clock and the noise level is what it is. She told me she was not gonna discuss it in front of it 2 children that we’re standing there asking for something. I said I don’t care if there’s children standing there I’m not being rude, you need to tell people that. she told me if I didn’t stop she would make me check out right then. This person is so inexperienced in customer service, totally untrained, and has no idea how to do her job while caring about paying customers. She obviously likes having all the control over other people. The back entrance is scary. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY GOING TO THIS HOTEL. WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND NOBODY CARES especially the “manager” Who needs extensive training in customer service.

"I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and something is always wrong."

The staff was very pleasant and checking in was very easy

The bathroom in our room wasn't the cleanest. The beds were fairly uncomfortable. During our stay at 4am both mornings we received a phone call but no one was on the other end. Sunday morning our room has power issues at around 645-7 am. The power flickered around 5 times and every time it came back on the microwave would make a beeping sound.

There was no brochure in room to inform of hot/pool times or access, restaurant times , bar hours or other facility perks. I did not know of fitness room until I wandered the halls(got lost😁) also availability of Lewistown Lift and events in town would be helpful to nonresidents......
