"Great location and good facilities"

All rooms en-suite. Great location for sea, town and railway station. Sufficient equipment in kitchenette. Very clean. Tv in each bedroom. (Note not in shared space) Flexibility for parking Good communication apart from minor issue noted below.

Upstairs smelt a bit smokey. Pictures on Booking.com showed bath and hand towels on each bed. There were no hand towels. we received no response when these mentioned

Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds.

There was a television in every room, but not in the communal space. As we had children this would have been nice.

everything was spot on , the best part was very quiet and clean room and the staff was amazing , it was my first time to do self check in and also it was very good and easy to get access
