Nothing it was all very good

This is a clean and quiet guest house. There is no breakfast at this property. Close and convenient to my friends who live in WSM. My room was perfect for a single guest. Fridge in room, also microwave in communal area, so could have small meals if required. Parking free

It is good value for money but still could improve service.

Staff was not nice

It was accommodation only. We had key code to let you in. Didnt see the owner at all. Bedroom was small but adequate. Ensuite was small. Bed was not that comfortable but it was very clean.

The property smelt beautiful as soon as you walk through the door to the guest house and when you went up stairs, it was so quite all through out the day and nigh, our stay was perfect and we will definitely be coming back for another stay

The room was abit cold even with the heater on all day the shower pressure wasn’t the best and the towel rail was cold and didn’t really heat the bathroom up

Clean and tidy, nice hot shower

Car parking was tight the bed was uncomfortable and no room at the sides to get in and out and we are both average people

The central location. Like being able to leave the car safely parked off the road. Comfortable bed. Key fob entry, although it was very tempermental to use. (At times)

Lino flooring, would of been a little more sound proofed with carpet. The thin plasterboard walls, acoustic panelling would help on joining walls. Attention to detail is needed, finger marks all the mirror, mould around the window frames and on net poles The kettle was too big to get under the tap in the bathroom. Kettle required descaling - which I did, it costs £1.00 for 2 sachets, Somerset has extremely hard water.
