Everything was wonderful, beautifully maintained building in absolutely brilliant surroundings, within an east drive to any part of North Wales.

Location was excellent with lots of beautiful walks nearby. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great stay for the dog also.

The room lighting was not ideal. It was a little dark, difficult when working in the kitchen area. A desk lamp could also have been useful.

Lovely and quiet

Room was comfy, location was quiet.

I booked a room with breakfast. They contacted me prior to staying to say due to staff shortages, they could only provide continental breakfast or else they could provide vouchers for breakfast at a local restaurant. I said continental would be fine, but when I arrived, they had left vouchers in my room. There was no information about breakfast on site, I never saw any staff on site and I couldn't get hold of anyone by telephone. Although the food at the restaurant was nice enough, it was over a mile away and the vouchers only covered up to the amount I had paid for breakfast, so I could have booked without breakfast and just paid for what I ate there.
