"Romantic getaway"

Everything. Bed beautiful and comfy. Lovely balcony. Would stay in Willow again. Food was delicious. Lovely log fire. Sam was so attentive and kind. It was hard to leave

"Long overdue a makeover."

The staff were lovely, breakfast was good.

Must have been lovely 10/15 yrs ago but now the rooms are very tired: stained ceilings, stained carpets, bathroom extremely mouldy and tiles missing.

"Cozy and Peaceful"

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a good breakfast each day and our accommodation was clean and comfortable. It's situated in a lovely spot by the great stour river and it's very peaceful. The Inn also does food in the day and evening (not included in your booking of course but very good food)

Location was key for our trip. The staff were helpful. The room was lovely, there was some noise from the neighbouring rooms but nothing to overwhelming.

I did feel the surcharge added to our restaurant bill was excessive seeing as we were paying overnight guests at the Grove Ferry Inn, but all in all everything was lovely.

Location was perfect and 24hour staff helpful. Breakfast and room were both generous in size.

Felt like it was lacking in a bit of maintenance and investment. Tired feel especially in the bathroom.
