Mountain Spirit Resort

Condo is nice, clean and comfortable. It has a lot of the comforts of home but check in was very stressful. We got to Mountain Spirit resort and no one was at the front counter as there is only someone there from 10am-5pm. We did not get an email, phone call nothing telling us how to check in after 5pm. We had all our stuff in our hands and were scared we would be unable to access our room. They had phone numbers posted and we called and called the first number with no answer then we tried the security phone number and thankfully a guy answered and gave us instructions on how to access our room key. Whew!!! Thank goodness for him. The condos are awesome and dinner at Buckhorn was good but service was slow. The restaurant is only open Thursday-Sun 5pm-9pm so make plans to either bring groceries or go somewhere else if not coming on those days. Condo is very nice but we got a better view last year, all good though. All's well that ends well

We had a short but great visit! The property and room were excellent, clean and well kept. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I thought the pool area was cramped and the pool itself was small, but we weren’t there for that, so it didn’t affect our stay.

We loved the pool and hot tub. The room was great.

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were an excellent way to end a ski day! The room was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly. We enjoyed our stay. My only complaints were that the bed was too hard and that the room could have used a little TLC. It looked like there had been water damage in the bathroom at one point and the fridge was sounding like it might be on its last legs. But those are minor issues. The cleanliness is key for myself!

Great location on the ski hill. Very quiet and clean. Pool area is very nice.

Condo was as advertised and facility was centralize for our needs. Owner should replace the couch/hide-a-bed, it is getting long in the tooth. Will return next year.

The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything you need to enjoy being away without feeling like you were in a hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with my boyfriend and myself and 2 children and didn't feel cramped. We will definitely stay here on our next Kimberly vacation!
