The Property is hole to wild Kangaroos and a very large selection of Birds, It is a Birds Lovers Paradise The Forest Lodge resort has a Lake with Rainbow trout for Fishing and the Restaurant can serve your fish. Chefingos restaurant and wine Lounge is an award winning Restaurant serving international cuisine base on local ingredients and Australian flavor. Only Chalet and Cottage guest can book in a small up to 12Kg pet at 100$ a pet per stay. No other room type allows Pets. Pets must be booked with the property directly. Call to property is a requirement.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Absolutely stunning surroundings with the property nestled in the forest. Saw the resident kangaroos that made the stay extremely memorable. The bed is super comfy. Sheets and towels are clean. Lovely touch in our room with 2 bath mats I really like that so the bathroom can stay dry. The cabin is very clean. Option to eat at resort is great. Late check on option.

Pillows are too soft for our liking. The spa needs to be serviced not used for a long time and had lots of gunk that came out.

We saw so many kangaroos which made our stay special, a walk around the pond is nice and we loved the breakfast. Staff is very nice and accommodating as well.

Not much

Place looks run down. Surrounds are unkempt and a lot could be done to improve appearance of the estate. Restaurant looked immaculate but cannot comment on food or service.

"Pemberton Hidden Gem"

Hidden gem in Pemberton. After a little initial disappointment that they weren't offering the marron set menu advertised on their website, we were soon blown away by the quality of the food on their a la carte menu. My husband and I both ordered the "Surf and Turf" for which the Surf was half a marron. The steaks were cooked to perfection and beautifully fresh. The marron was delicious and the perfect accompaniment. We were really impressed by the atmosphere and food, and hope we can come back one day.
