Location is amazing, right in nature. The staff were friendly, and our chalet was top quality, and very clean. Really well put together place, and well run. Amazing walks around the property also. Don’t listen to other negative reviews, it’s a great place!

Mooie omgeving.

Wij hadden de pech dat de douche maar 5 minuten warm water gaf. Ook de tweede dag dat ze zeiden dat t gerepareerd was. Restaurant bij het hotel is wel goed maar over prijst. En je moet 7,5% service fee betalen.

The restaurant. The food was magnificent, the best by far in the state of Western Australia. Exceptional.

This fantastic resort-style accomodation venue, so close (1.5Km) to the pretty town of Pemberton in Western Australia, is a gem! Surrounded by magnificent pristine Karri forests, the grounds of the Reseort have a series of lakes and ponds, with walk trails, seating, and beauty spots which make walking around the property a real joy. The Resort was establsihed in the 1930's and has many features of that era which give it a great ambience, and sense of relaxed comfort and class. Our room was a two bedroom unit with small but full kitchen facilities, separate bathroom and toilet, spacious living areas, outside deck and seating, and a private car park right at the door. Lots of little luxuries included- Nespresso coffee pods machine, mini-bar and snacks, nice leather furnishings etc. An older style but immaculate and so comfortable. That is intentional- the owner Ingo has deliberately kept the style and feel of a more genteel and leisurely experience. We found it to be spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. A lot to see and do around Pemberton- walking around the Big Brook Dam, some good timber and similar museums, wineries all over the place (and Ingo the Chef is a stickler for locally produced and sourced ingredients, including making many of them himself- so tasty. And so to the piece de resistance- Chef Ingos Restaurant. Such a classy but relaxed layout, beautifully presented and with attentive, excellent staff. Views all round of the lakes, forests, the spacious deck. And the menu- magnificent!! A wonderful range of German and Asian style choices, either as starters or main courses. We were there for 3 evening meals, and could not fault anything. Great flavours, a very pleasing presentation and just fantastic food by a 5-star Chef. We also had the buffet breakfast which had a good choice of selections. We really enjoyed everything about the place and are already planning our return visit in a few months. David & Caroline.

De locatie was perfect. Bijzonder blijft altijd het zien van de kangaroes op het terrein. Het schoonmaakpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Enjoyed our 1-night stop over here - very friendly staff and the dining experience was amazing, as were the dining staff. We were a group of 8 and all our meals were above and beyond - the menu was diverse and an unexpected find - a real gem. Bravo to the Chef. Breakfast was equally as great. Rooms were clean comfortable and roomy. Would recommend.
