Room was beautiful bathrooms wet great and the bank next door does great food and drinks

Excellent location in the Centre of Katoomba with onsite parking. Able to walk everywhere. Fabulous heritage building with friendly staff.

Building in need of maintenance. Windows rattled all night and bed too soft.

Excellent location and ambience

A little on the ancient side, some areas a little run down, albeit the old classic look and feel is still very much evident , perhaps during peak season it gets spruced up?

Heritage features.

Food was a bit expensive ended up going out for food.

Everything and everyone was lovely.

The waste bin in my bathroom was not emptied before my arrival and in had used remind hygiene products left in it.

The atmosphere was lovely. Staff were friendly and the room was great for my stay.

Unfortunately had an allergic reaction to the French onion soup which kept me up through the night. Not your fault....just unfortunate.
