Pictures for Junior suite misleading. Very small and not a suite. AC very poor and room hotter than pool area.

The hotel accommodation was average . Need new towels very old and worn gray colour .no fridge ,Staff were great meal was very nice .Not much around in the area .Walked for ages to find shops gave up .

Stayed one night for an early flight. Super close to the airport and they organized taxi for early pickup. Would stay here again if I needed proximity to the airport.

Cordial Staff. Need more Vegetarian Food. Small eats munchies would be welcome to accompany drinks and beer. Linen should be fully washed and clean .

The staff are amazing. Nothing was any problem. Took me to atm machine, to nearest mall, quite a walk away, off to buy another suitcase and drop off to airport (only 10 mins away)courtesy car. Twin, king single very comfy beds and good size room, with full breakfast, including Indonesian selection. Very reasonably priced. Plan to go back there next year

Staff is very helpful.. we had different room booked but that room was in dark area they changed immediately.. food was amazing too but unfortunately not much option for vegetarian people .. if u need anything just talk to Vishnu.. we asked him to stay back later check out time he gave us extra 4-5 hours without extra charge .. nice view friendly staff what else u need ..

We stayed here after we got stuck in Bali for a few nights due to Corona after we found out a few others in the same situation were here. It's a nice enough place for a few nights though it has the feeling of somewhere that used to be a lot nicer than it currently is. Rooftop bar isn't open anymore, bath in the room is a bit dated etc. Pool is nice and big and the grounds big enough to walk around a little during lockdown. Rooms are a good size and the balcony is really nice. Good for the airport and they offer a free car over. Breakfast is really poor and I really wouldn't have paid if it wasn't for the fact it was Nyepi so we couldn't go out. Evening menu was also pretty strange so we just bought noodles for the room. Whole place is a little dated and needs a refurb and refresh. Location is good for the airport but there isn't much else around here. WIFI was also really bad and AC was pretty average.
