Staff very friendly and helpful. Not much but electricity needs some maintenance

You walk in from the humble dwellings along Jl. Kediri and say "WOW!" Then you are welcomed by one, two, three or even four friendly receptionists who bend over backwards to help you. You take a peek out to the amazing pool area. You can do laps whilst the children play in their own adjoining crystal clear and clean pool and, as I realised later, must have the latest filtration system nil of chlorine. You are taken to your room. If you've booked the Suite go straight to 4 stars. If you've booked Superior you get what you paid for. The windows do not open, so to get fresh air you need to go outside to the beautiful pool area. Now, if you love super loud Western Style Music all day you'll give 31/2 stars, but if you want to enjoy serenity you wont. I did end up using earphones to iPhone which helped a little. Cleanliness? Yes, good. But something I have found throughout Bali, even in the 6 star hotels, is that the shower's grouting doesn't get cleaned. It's black when it should be white. To me - a big black mark! Breakfast? I have enjoyed better breakfasts in similar graded hotels around Bali, but its biggest minus was that the supposedly hot food was not hot. Too much food in the bain-marie's pots. Then I drank watered down juices, and found few varieties of fruits. Best part was the instant cooked egg breakfast. Improvement will lift it to 4 stars. A short drive from the airport and a good walk from the beach the hotel is away from the busiest tourist sections, making it quieter with none or little hassling. The street shops and cafes vary (basically) from Indonesian to Chinese and Japanese. Now where I would give it an extra star is atmosphere. I could not understand why such a grand hotel mainly caters for transit clientele. During the day the pool area is empty, the restaurant is empty, the Spa Centre is empty, the Fitness Centre is empty - there is no atmosphere and not enough for the staff to do. Because of the latter I would recommend to friends as a Transit Hotel and be apprehensive about long stays.

I was sleeping and woke up to bed bugs on the bed in my hotel room. The management lied and said it was their first time to encounter such problem when someone had already written a review about having bed bugs in their room as well. Did not offer a refund but rather a massage ind return for bed bug bites. I declined. This is by far the WORST hotel I've ever been to. Don't book here.

Simply everything, the staff is super helpful and scrupulous, the reception is really well organized. The hotel itself is really gorgeous, with all the rooms arranged around a very big and particularly designed pool. The room itself was enormous with a great bathroom( glass shower box and big tub) , and a nice balcony over the pool, obliviously everything perfectly clean. Bed was big and comfy, there was space to spare for everything and also a nice tea forniture. The breakfast had been also very good and tasty with a big and various buffet. Really we were amazed by the quality of the room and the hotel itself, and the price had been cheap too! The only bad thing I can think of had been the absence of hot water in our room, it wasn’t cold, just warm, but after a flight a good hot shower would have helped; I think it was just a problem of our room though.

The pool is an amazing oasis; perfect relaxation place. Rooms need an upgrade on their furniture, although for the price it was good. A/C is not as cold as it should be. Breakfast is ok. Service is excellent. Very nice people and willing to assist you. Thank you! I had an incredible experience in Bali.

I get annoyed to see the little notices in hotels stating they care about the environment and the amount of detergents used daily. What a joke .. its to save them $$. If they cared about the environment they would have water filling stations and bulk dispensers in rooms and quit the use of single use plastic items.

Stayed for one night at Permata Kuta Hotel for escaping the weekend while enjoyed our honeymoon (they served us honeymoon setup and honeymoon cake for free) The location is at Tuban, it is good because near by the airport, the cinema XXI and the mall (Park 23 Mall). The hotel is average and must be more well maintainance. The breakfast have many variant but mostly Indonesian Food, the taste is good. The staff are friendly. Overall, the room and facilities are value for money.

Good Hotel at Bali Beach. Good WiFi at Permata Kuta Hotel Swimming pool very good and situation at hotel good. 1 day at here. With my Big Family. Happy Holiday. AC ok. WiFi ok. Anything avalaible. Mall park 23 between hotel Permata location.
