Famous Hotel Kuta

We stayed here for 1 day during our entire trip and the hotel and staff is very good. Due to some problem with the MakeMyTrip, the hotel didn’t got the confirmation of my room still they allowed us to stayed in the hotel by just checking our voucher. Specially the staff named Mr. Muliawan helped us in very friendly way and gave us the room on time. The hotel rooms are very good , clean and spacious. The hotel very near to Airport and also is at nice location just 10 mins drive to Kuta Beach. Many eating options near to hotel. The rooms are clean, the pool is big and nice, good parking space and good room service staff who are always ready to help you whatever time it is. You will get the scooter to drive from hotel security person at very good price. They also provide Airport pickup and drop facility at very nominal cost. Definitely stay in it. Purely Value for money.

I’ve booked 3rooms for 2nights and we spend well in the hotel. Hotel was beautiful and the pool is nice as well. Breakfast was nice but need to refill it even it is 10am. Will definitely back for our next visit to Bali. Good job Permata Kuta Hotel!

Everything is great. Supef friendly staff and room very clean

Booked one night stay at this hotel by travel app. Free one way shuttle from airport, this hotel located about 10mins from airport and just approx 5mins walk to Park 23 Mall, not forget to inform you all it also 10mins drive to the famous Joger Pabrik Kata Kata, safe to say this hotel has strategic location. Got free upgrade to deluxe room, comfort room with balcony headed to pool. This hotel has good design, drink bar with pool located in the side of pool. You can also rent bicycle for 20rb/hours to get around the city

The pick up at the airport was a great deal. The nice driver was waiting for a couple of hours due to long queue and slow service at Immigration (as it happens always in Bali airport as they said). One of the front desk guy is nice and can communicate in English, while the others are nosy and loud as they are speaking in their language. The hotel recreational facility like pool table is not free, you have to pay per hour if you wanna play billiard. The room is spacious but the bathroom is not clean, there were stains on the floor and bathroom door wood frame had fluid oozing due to a rotten wood. A millipede was crawling up my husband's leg. And hotel's buffet breakfast really sucks.

You get what you pay for.. So it’s budget accommodation close to the airport so you can’t fault that however we found the check in process wasn’t smooth even though I had messaged the hotel earlier in the week saying we would be arriving earlier and leaving the same day. They offer a transit room cheaper but we paid for an overnight stay in a deluxe room. We had a reply from the hotel saying that would be fine and to confirm the shuttle needed for the airport so we assumed it would be ok. When we arrived at the hotel the room wasn’t ready and she told me checkin wouldn’t be until later. They made us wait in lobby for 30 minutes. The room was pretty basic and the bathroom wasn’t overly clean. We also had lunch at the restaurant and waited a long time for our food considering we were the only ones there and not once were we asked if we wanted another drink. The staff were busy setting up for evening buffet. We wouldn’t stay here again but hey, You get what you pay for!

I once again had a great visit. I found the staff to be very warm and friendly. I had just come through again after quite a taxing trip and was very tired and everyone was very helpful and kind. Thanks so much!
