"Getting Better"

My wife stayed here 3 months ago & it was just OK. Our stay last week she was pleased that issues she had had been taken on board & management were making progress getting things fixed up. The previous operators hadn't done much in the way of maintenance. We would stay there again. Close enough to most things, but far enough away to be quiet. Best thing about the hotel was the staff. Always willing to help & nothing was too much trouble.

"Great Location and Great Staff!"

It was a great budget hotel still under renovations but is moving up very quickly. Cannot speak higher of the staff, so accommodating. Out of the hustle and bustle of Kuta with plenty to see around the hotel block as well. Jewels Spa and Salon in the hotel was amazing and best price

"Dirty toilet "

It's a super cheap hotel so you don't expect much. A clean bed and clean toilet helps. The toilet was really disgusting with what looked like blood around the seat so I needed to call someone in just as we got in to come clean it - The poor guys spent 10 minutes scrubbing it... Large black hairs in the bed - Overall, kinda creepy. The manager was nice, but admitted that the hotel has issues. Again, the staff were really nice and I hope they fix these basic things.

"Excellent"

Nothing to shout about here. We only stayed one night when we first arrived in Bali but the jet lag meant we slept until 1pm and missed check-out, but the staff didn't mind at all. Bed linen was dirty but they changed it, and bathroom was tired. But it was only one night so it was fine.

"Quite with pool"

Room was dusty, very old and dirty in the bathroom. Sheets needs freshen up, need newer towels. I asked staff to clean up the room when I arrived but didn't do good job. Very disappointed. I'll be back again in September, hopefully will take this feed back and improve.
