Very quiet (we were the only ones there for almost 5 hours). Our room was very clean and smelled that way when we opened the door. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Facility was clean as well (no dust). Beautiful home with an awesome staircase. Breakfast bar was well stocked but there were only 10 people there when we visited so if more were there it may not be enough.

Had trouble getting into our room because the key was not working well (may need some WD-40?). Nice place but needs some additional TLC / improvements to make it "grand" once again. Since no one is on the premises full-time, I had to use our own bottled water to fill the coffee maker several times. I had some allergy issues; not sure what to attribute them to from the stay.

Breakfast was very good but a little bit different. Husband doesn't like thing made with milk so he didn't care for the rice pudding or quiche but I loved it.

Maybe breakfast could have been a choice of a few different things.
