La gentilezza del personale e la qualità in generale
Fikk rom med utsikt mot hovedveien. Det var varmt på rommet og ikke AC. Vi ble nødt for å ha vinduet åpent om natten, noe som forårsaket mye støy. Ellers er vi veldig fornøyde!
Quarto espaçoso, banheiro moderno, chuveiro muito bom. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar pois havia poeira sobre os móveis e abaixo da cama. Dentro do box havia manchas de lodo no piso. A janela do quarto abre muito pouco e como não há ar condicionado, a troca de ar na habitação é deficiente fazendo com que o ambiente fique quente e insalubre. Café da manhã muito bom, assim como o restaurante do hotel, com pratos bem apresentados e saborosos. As moças da recepção sempre prestativas e simpáticas, prontas a ajudar nas menores necessidades.
Loved the location and condition…The breakfast was great. So was the restaurant at the hotel. Just a short drive from Cortina. Looking to the mountain behind the hotel you can see a waterfall. We drove as far as we could and found the trail an hiked up there. This is a wonderful magical thing to do as the waterfall is glorious,
I spent 2 night, with half board program, I love most of everything there, the room was good, the only one comment to improve is about the dinner food, since I came to Italy, I was expecting more from Italian cuisine.
Everything was good but the bed was too soft

Ótima localização com atendimento cordial; ótimo café da manhã, inclusive com vista para as Dolomitas; ocupamos o quarto 107 e achamos a cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis (questão de gosto); banheiro: limpo, bem decorado, com aquecedor de toalhas e chuveiro excelente, mas faltava mais espaço para acomodar os produtos de higiene e maquiagem, pois a pia era muito grande; o quarto poderia ter uma iluminação um pouco melhor
